Indian Ocean Weather Scheds

After some discussion with Jacana and experimentation, Dan put this together. We found a combination of fax and grib files to provide excellent, accurate weather information.

As at December 2007, BOM (Australia) have upgraded and modified their marine weather fax service. It also appears that they have mis-labelled Asian Part A and B Gradient Wind faxes on one of their lists.
